He has held executive positions at BlackRock as head of structured product ($90billion AUM) and State Street Research, and is an advisor to the Chair of the PRMIA Education Committee. He has taught at UCLA, Brandeis University, and Boston University and holds a B.S., M.S., Ph.D., and MBA from UCLA, as well as CFA and FINRA licenses.

Raymond Guillem has over 25 years of experience in international commercial lending and is the founder of Latitude20 Capital Partners LLC, a specialty finance company focused on financing small and medium size exporters based in Emerging Markets. He has extensive experience in the trade finance industry, credit analysis, legal documentation, team management, and deep understanding of emerging markets and commodities. Mr. Guillem holds a Master in Financial Engineering from the Côte d'Azur University and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
Eimaad Ahmed is an experienced international trade professional with over 20 years of experience in investment activities, underwriting, credit, and reporting. Managed over $4.9billion assets. He founded Latitude20 Capital Partners LLC in 2014 and was the Senior Portfolio Manager, responsible for financing small and medium size exporters in Emerging Markets. Prior to this, he was a director in the credit and underwriting team of the IIG Trade Finance LLC, where he was part of in excess of $870 million of trade finance transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is fluent in English and Urdu.
